    Penny Martin is an absolutely awful person to work with. She is a horrible communicator, and just a plain RUDEEEEE person to talk too. I recommend no one ever purchasing a house through her. Save your time, and go through someone else.

    Behm Funeral Home handled my grandmother’s funeral. They were compassionate and very helpful at an upsetting time. The ornament service they held at Christmas that year helped us honor my grandmother’s memory during our first holiday season without her.

    Patti's level of communication was poor at best. She put us as a low priority since we were out of state and assumed we had no jobs. Would only speak to us about homes if we had a pre-qual letter in hand (which we were obtaining at that moment). We told her we had $125K to put as a down payment and out price range was only $150K. Tried to state that it is difficult to move cross state lines if we didnt have jobs lined up (which I specifically told her that I was staying behind for up to 6 months to pay the bills while my wife transitioned into a new job in OH). She is unprofessional and profiles buyers based on what little she knows about them. I was basically free money for her, but her lazy approach pushed us to fire her as our realtor. Do not use Patti or this team if you want prompt showings.

    This school has tons of extra classes that can really help build career skills and look really good on resumes. The teachers are understanding and willing to work with students
